Police Commissioner Andrew Scipione visited Kings Cross Police Station on Friday to thank officers and residents who raised $5,063 for the Victorian Bushfire Appeal. One event was a sausage sizzle outside the station plus a raffle supported by local businesses. “I think we were selling sausages to people we would normally be locking up,” quipped the Commissioner. He is pictured here with local youngsters Jordan Spencer, Mia Spencer and Jemma Fenwick who helped by selling lots of chocolates.
