This year, Manfredi is celebrating: 30 years of service to the restaurant industry in Sydney. Manfredi was one of the first to break the mould of clichéd Italian dining, the first to offer a degustation in an Italian restaurant in Sydney, design an open kitchen, and to pour extra virgin olive oil at the table to replace butter. The celebration continues in the current Balla offering, with the very best of seasonal produce, an incredible Italian iPad wine list, and views over Pyrmont, from two levels of dining. There’s an elegant simplicity in the menu. The food is always exquisite. (RV)
