Gelato-maker Nick Palumbo is so determined to make every granule of every flavour from scratch he would probably grow his gelato if he could. The product ends up being so delicious it could cure a childless widow’s gloom. If for some crazy reason they were still upset after eating the magic, they could freeze their tears over the counter and Nick could probably make a flavour out them.
