Casting doubt

I am horrified to hear that Clover Moore had to use her casting vote so that council get their way to construct a concrete pathway through the middle of once-promised regenerated bush-land at Orphan School Creek.
City of Sydney Council and Clover Moore encourage residents to be proactive and involved in local decision-making however only, it seems, if they agree with the Council’s decision!
