Head to Platform 2 for an inner city hip hop playground stationed at the ubercool Carriageworks. First up on Friday are the freestylers for a night of Flexing Skillz, hosted by Morganics, with local MC Scott Burns turning on the heat. Skill up in your popping, locking and breaking (on the floor, not your legs) at the dance workshops on Saturday – then watch the professionals freak their technique at the B-boy and B-girl battles that night alongside KillaQueenz and Good Buddha. Wanna can-can-can? Drop into the graffiti demo and comp on the Saturday with Chez or else check out the Mays Lane retrospective serving up a banquet of street art styles.
Mar 27-28, Carriageworks, 245 Wilson St Eveleigh, free-$18, www.carriageworks.com.au
