Colin (Romain Duris) meets and falls in love with Chloe (Audrey Tatou). After a particularly quirky marriage, their idyll is disrupted when it is discovered there is a water lily growing inside Chloe’s chest. With depleting finances Colin is forced to work any job to keep Chloe alive.
