Catholic saints seem to be making a comeback in inner Sydney. This plea to find a missing dog, pole-posted in Rushcutters Bay, was endorsed in pencil with the following: “St Francis od Assissi, patron of pets, and St Anthony of Padua, patron of lost things, please get this pet back! Thank you, Amen.”
Here’s hoping that the poster and/or the prayer works.
