This restaurant sits at the pinnacle of the impressive Merivale restaurant and bar empire. Head chef Peter Doyle has been wowing the crowds in this lushly decorated inner city diner for the best part of a decade. The menu is undeniably Australian but the use of traditional French technique ensures that the seasonable ingredients on the menu are treated with the utmost respect. The wine list curated by Sommelier Franc Moreau is extensive but the knowledgeable staff will be able to guide you to the perfect bottle.
