ROB SCHNEIDER

Like all great American comedians, Rob Schneider began his comedic journey at Saturday Night Live. And like many (cough Adam Sandler), he went from making newsworthy, sharp and funny sketches to low brow, Hollywood blockbusters that recycle fat/fart jokes and make heaps of green notes at the box office. If Schneider’s name doesn’t ring a bell, think Deuce Bigalow, The Animal and The Hot Chick. And yes, he was one of the bad guys in the second Home Alone movie! This Filipina American (yes that explains his exotic appearance that’s slightly hard to place) may be a bit reliant on toilet humour in his big-buck earners but on stage, you get one man, a stage and a mike so Schneider better bring it. But then again, if you are an SNL alumnus, that shouldn’t be too hard. (KS)
